Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

POSITION OVERVIEW Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? Join us as a Customer Care/Retention Representative, playing a pivotal role in delivering personalized service to our existing customers while providing vital support to our sales and service team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate insurance review appointments with existing customers.
  • Establish a systematic process for initiating and managing a Google Review program.
  • Drive participation and engagement to enhance our online presence and reputation.
  • Identify opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Thoroughly document all customer interactions.
  • Keep track of daily customer contacts and pivot activities.
  • Foster referrals and recommendations from our valued customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience
    • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
    • Familiarity with commonly used computer software applications.
    • Knowledge of personal lines insurance products is advantageous.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Exceptional listening, oral, and written communication skills.
    • Open to coaching and eager to learn, embracing constructive feedback.
    • Self-motivated and proactive; capable of independent decision-making and timely actions.

  • Licenses & Certifications
    • Attain and uphold necessary licenses for marketing and selling State Farm products (Property & Casualty + Life & Health).
    • Ensure licenses are maintained in good standing.
